Who we are
My name is Andrea, I was born in Cagliari, I am an energy consultant as well as an agricultural entrepreneur. I rent two properties in Sardinia: Casa del Sole in Cagliari and Casa del Fattore in Villacidro in the countryside, 40 km from Cagliari, where we have, since generations, a farm.
Casa del Sole
My family has lived in this beautiful neighborhood for more than 50 years.
After the renovation of the house, I thought about renting it to those who would like to enjoy a little bit of my beloved Cagliari and the South of Sardinia. I was born in Cagliari but I left at the age of twenty-three to study and work abroad.
I offer to lovers of my city a beautiful renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette. South facing with a splendid view of the sea you can enjoy the proximity to the beach and also to the shopping area and the center. The apartment is fully furnished for self catering including bed linen and towels.
Casa del Fattore
I renovated the apartment thinking of renting it to those who want to enjoy Villacidro and the South-West of Sardinia.
Casa del Fattore has a patio and garden views. The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a shower. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.
There is a garden with a barbecue at this property and guests can go hiking and fishing nearby.
The accommodation is 36 km NW from Cagliari-Elmas airport.
