Description

House Rules 

• Check-in  11:00 AM till 6:00 PM
• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in
• You need to let the property know what time you’ll be arriving in advance.
• Check-out 9:00 AM 11:00 AM

Cancellation/prepayment

• Payment of 30% upon booking. The balance prior to or at the same time as check-in.
• The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary depending on the time of booking.
• Cancellation from the reservation date up to 2 months from the check-in date: 30% of the price of the stay.
• Up to 1 month before the check-in date: 50% of the price of the stay. Within 1 month from the check-in date: 100% of the price of the stay.

Refundable damage deposit

• A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival.
• This will be collected by PayPal or to the property bank account.
• You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
• Your deposit will be refunded in full by PayPal or bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children & Beds

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Crib is available upon request

Others

• This is a No-Smoking property.
• Pets are not allowed
